Readable Pixel Fonts
Two clean pixel fonts made to stay legible at small sizes. Free to use in your games, including ones you sell.
What's inside

Getting the files
- Click Download below.
- Unzip readable_pixel_fonts.zip anywhere you like.
Installing on your computer
- Windows Right-click the .ttf and choose Install.
- Mac Double-click the .ttf and click Install Font.
- Linux Copy the .ttf into ~/.local/share/fonts
Using them in Godot 4
- Drag the .ttf into your FileSystem dock.
- Select it and open the Import tab.
- Set Antialiasing to None, Hinting to None, and Subpixel Positioning to Disabled.
- Click Reimport.
- Use it in a Label, a LabelSettings resource, or your project Theme.
Set the font size to [native size]px or a whole multiple of it to keep every pixel crisp.
Pixand
use with an extra of pixel of spacing in between the letters for the clearest read -- but works with 0 extra spacing if you need a more condensed look.
License
Licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Use it in personal and commercial projects, including games you sell.
- Modify it however you want.
- Don't sell the font files on their own.
